Updated as of 27 May 2020

  • Please arrive on time for the open home/viewing and wait for instructions from the Real Estate agent at the front of the property before you enter the home to ensure that the maximum number of attendees is not exceeded.

  • Beginning Friday, 29 May, a maximum of 100 people including the real estate agent can now be allowed into the property but attendees must maintain social distancing (between different bubbles) during the open home/viewing at all times.

  • All attendees must enter their name, phone number and email address into the Contact Tracing Register before entering the property. Please add sign in time and sign out time before you leave the property.

  • Please ensure you maintain a physical distance of 2 metres at all times from other attendees.

  • Please remove shoes before entering the property.

  • Please refrain from touching anything at the property. The agent will open any doors/cupboards on behalf of attendees if required and will ensure these are sanitised before leaving the property.

  • Open homes and viewings are to be kept brief and questions can be asked via phone or email once the open home/viewing is over and attendees have left the property to reduce the time spent inside the property.

  • It is optional to take a brochure or printed information that will be available at the open home, but if you prefer these can be sent to you digitally.

  • We reserve the right to store your contact details. We reserve the right to share your information if required, solely for the purposes of any future contract tracing, should it be necessary.

  • No attendees are permitted who may have been unwell, are self-isolating or have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the last 14 days. Please let us know immediately if you are unsure of this information.

  • High-risk customers should not attend any open homes or property viewing (those over 70 or with existing medical conditions).
